The company was formed in 1996 to use emerging technologies to develop internet based accommodation booking systems and client-side reservations applications.

Since then, Where To Stay network of accommodation websites has developed into a mature on-line accommodation sales and booking system which processes substantial volumes of Internet-initiated enquiries and bookings for thousands of accommodation providers in Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
